Kidnapped Christian Music Composer, Sir Jude Nnam Regains Freedom

Dr. Jude Nnam, a well-known Christian music composer who was abducted, has been released.

While attending a church function in Umunnachi, Anambra State, on Thursday evening, November 14, at approximately 6 p.m., Nnam was abducted.

After spending almost a week in the kidnappers’ cave, Nnam was freed on Wednesday, November 20, according to information obtained by DAILY POST.

In an announcement on the musician’s Facebook page, his family said he was freed. “The sound of victory has arrived. Dr. Jude Nnam, our beloved “Ancestor,” has returned to carry on the Lord’s mission! The post was read.

The family had previously described it as untrue and deceptive, a message that was going around on social media that Nnam was released by his captors.

Nnam, also known as ‘Ancestor’, is the National Music Director for Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and member of the National Liturgical Commission, Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, CSN.
