Marcus Rashord Wins Premier League Player Of The Month

The Premier League Player of the Month for September has been announced as Marcus Rashford.

The Manchester United forward scored twice and assisted Antony on his goal in the 3-1 win over Arsenal. Earlier in the month, he assisted Jadon Sancho on United’s game-winning goal at Leicester.

This is Rashford’s second time winning the award. He got it for the first time in January 2019.

Due to the postponement of two of United’s league games against Leeds and Crystal Palace because of the death of the Queen, the team only played two league games in September.

Rashford has not participated in a United training session since this past week, and it is unknown if he will be available for the Sunday Manchester derby against City.
