Meet The Polyamorous Couple That Uses ‘S3x Calendar’

A polyamorous family of four has shared how scheduling intimacy is essential for their relationship dynamics.

Kel Macettare, 41, and Bruno Cordisco, 42, who have been a couple since high school, live with their two sons—Henry, 19, and Hector, 13—while maintaining an unconventional yet effective relationship structure: both parents have additional romantic partners.

The Brazilian couple decided to open their marriage after visiting a swingers’ club, later forming romantic relationships with Diego Machado and Jennifer de Faria. Machado now resides with them full-time, while de Faria frequently visits on weekends.

To navigate the intricate emotional and logistical aspects, the group relies on two household calendars—one for managing daily family responsibilities and another private one dedicated solely to scheduling intimate moments among the adult partners.

“Kel and I have intense chemistry and we’re intimate every day,” Cordisco told NeedToKnow. “Since we dedicate weekends to our other partners, it builds up anticipation and desire between us during the week.”

The concept of a structured “s£x calendar” arose after Macettare felt neglected in the group dynamic, particularly as de Faria was spending more time with Cordisco.

“In the beginning, Jennifer was spending a lot of time with Bruno, and I felt like we were losing our private connection,” Macettare explained. “That’s when we came up with the s£x schedule, so everyone could stay organized and things could feel more balanced.”

According to the group, the calendar has significantly improved communication, deepened intimacy, and ensured that all partners feel valued and included. During weekdays, Macettare and Cordisco focus on each other, while weekends are set aside for time with their respective partners.

To uphold boundaries and privacy, the adults occasionally leave the home to stay at motels or rented spaces. When all four partners are together in the house, they rotate between separate rooms.

The practice of scheduling s£x isn’t exclusive to this Brazilian family. In New York, Upper West Side couple Jay and Sofia Lyons have adopted a similar approach for decades.

“It’s made our relationship one million times better,” said Jay Lyons, an Emmy-winning director and producer.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
