PUT YOUR TRUST IN THE LORD. YOU ARE SAFE UNDER HIS WINGS!

After Jacob barely escaped Esau’s furious grasp, he found himself in desperate need of refuge. It was during one extraordinary night, as he drifted into sleep, that he encountered a breathtaking heavenly vision! When he awoke, he was struck by the profound presence of God in that very spot. Overcome with gratitude, he resolved to build an altar as a testament to the Lord’s boundless grace. This was more than just a vision; it was a powerful reminder of his divine purpose—to become the Father of the nation of Israel!

In today’s gospel, we meet a woman whose life had been a relentless struggle with a debilitating haemorrhage. She lived in turmoil until she boldly approached Jesus, the healer of all wounds! And let’s not forget the official’s household, engulfed in chaos, until the incredible moment Jesus arrived to heal his daughter, bringing a peace that words simply can’t capture.

In our quest for rest and tranquility, we must put our unwavering trust in the Lord. He is the only one capable of mending our scars and soothing our troubled hearts. Only He can quell our fears and transform us into living temples worthy of His presence. Trust isn’t just important—it’s essential in our walk with God. That’s the secret to true happiness in Jesus: to trust Him entirely and obey His guiding voice!

Do have a nice week ahead.

Today is my priestly ordination anniversary. Please pray for me.
