Nde Nne Chika” Mobilize for APC E-Registration: Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu’s Call to Action
In a significant show of political engagement, Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu, a prominent APC chieftain and founder of the For Us by Us movement, has rallied “nde nne Chika” (Chika’s mothers/daughters) to participate en masse in the ongoing APC e-registration exercise. Ishionwu’s call to action is part of a broader effort to mobilize citizens, particularly in Ikwuano, to register for their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 elections, emphasizing that PVCs are crucial for exercising voting rights and achieving good governance.
Ishionwu’s mobilization drive has become a cornerstone of the APC’s intensified e-registration campaign in Abia State, where political heavyweights such as Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu and Senator Orji Uzor Kalu are rallying support in Abia North, while Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma leads grassroots efforts in Ikwuano. Together, these leaders are leveraging their influence to expand party membership, strengthen community engagement, and position the APC as a formidable force ahead of 2027. Their coordinated push underscores the strategic importance of digital registration in building a solid, verifiable membership base across the state.
The “Nde Nne Chika” turnout for APC e-registration reflects Ishionwu’s influence and the community’s response to his call for political participation, underscoring the importance of voter registration and party membership in shaping Nigeria’s political landscape ahead of 2027.
