A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to narrate how his best friend stopped communicating with him because he wasn’t lucky to get a job early after they graduated from the university.
He revealed that his best friend stopped talking to him after they graduated and that he had to restrict the number of messages he sent to him because he felt like a burden.
After two years, he said he finally got a house and bought a car, and his best friend began texting him again but he didn’t bother replying to the messages.
He tweeted, “After graduation, my best friend got a job and stopped talking to me. I felt I was choking him. So I stopped trying. 2 years later, God answered my prayers. I got a house & a car. He saw my house warming on my WhatsApp update & started texting me again. But I neva replied.
“The truth is, people will not move closer to you if they feel you will always be a parasite in their life. Stop crying. Level up. God no dey forget anybody.”
