According to court documents obtained by The Mirror US, John Doe stated that his parents moved him to New York City in 2005 with the intention of igniting his entertainment career. He claims to have received an invitation to audition for Diddy as part of his exploration of that sector. The lawsuit claims that Diddy asked a talent representative to bring the boy to see him without his parents’ presence.
Doe stated that he vowed to Diddy that he would do “anything” to become famous, and after the talent agent departed, he was given a soda by another person in the audition area. After the drink, he said he felt “a little funny”.
“Based on information and belief, Combs, by himself or through his agents/employees, previously laced the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy,” according to the lawsuit filed on October 28.
Diddy allegedly told the boy, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before instructing him to “kiss it,” referring to his p*nis.
Before the boy passed out, Diddy allegedly continued to rap* him, according to the complaint. Doe reported that his private parts were painful when he woke up.
In the court filing, Doe further claimed that Diddy threatened to harm his parents if he told them about the alleged assault. He stated that as a result, he remained silent in front of the talent agent, but after his parents saw him acting “lethargic,” he finally confessed. His parents, according to Doe, were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”
The accuser is requesting “compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm.”
In an attempt to establish a purported pattern of activity, the lawsuit also cites Diddy’s September arrest, which included s*x trafficking allegations. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the criminal accusations and denied any misconduct.
Tony Buzbee’s team filed this complaint on Doe’s behalf. It is one of 120 lawsuits the attorney plans to bring against Diddy.
