A neighbour of a man in Pennsylvania fatally stabbed him after he started snoring excessively.
The incident happened last Sunday night in Upper Moreland Township. Christopher Casey called 911 to report being stabbed, and officers arrived to his residence.
Robert Wallace, Casey’s neighbour, was found by police approximately 50 feet from the house with two knife wounds on him. Police discovered blood both inside and outside the home where Casey had been stabbed in the right thigh.
After both men were taken to a nearby hospital, Wallace passed away. Casey received treatment for his non-critical wounds.

Investigators were able to piece together Wallace’s actions that evening, which including going over to Casey’s house and using his porch to remove a screen from one of the windows.
During a heated altercation, Casey pulled out a military-style knife and stabbed Wallace twice. It was unclear how Casey received his wound. Police discovered the knife at the crime scene.
It was also discovered that the neighbours had an ongoing feud over Casey’s loud snoring, which could be heard via a wall shared by their connected dwellings.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele stated that Casey was arrested on Thursday, January 20, and charged with Third-Degree Murder, Voluntary Manslaughter, and Possession of an Instrument of Crime. Casey is still in detention and being held on $1 million cash bail.
