What are you willing to give up to find God?
Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, you do unto me. Martin was a soldier but gave his cloak to a beggar. He encountered the Lord and dedicated his life to be a soldier of Christ.
The kingdom of God is among you. Those seeking eternal life must prepare and live good lives, which involve sacrifices, persecution, and resisting negative worldly trends.
The material world falsely promises happiness, leading us to pursue it at the expense of honor and dignity. We often find that happiness doesn’t come from material things. Instead, joy, satisfaction, and peace are only in God.
