A balanced life is a life where you find peace in the activities you do daily in my own words. Creating a healthier and more balanced life involves making simple yet effective lifestyle changes that can have a significant impact over time. Building positive habits will ensure that you are not only physically healthy but also emotionally stable.
I have compiled a list of habits that I try to follow. I’m not perfect so I don’t follow all but slowly, I’m being intentional in making these habits my lifestyle;
- Go for walks
- Organize tasks the night before
