It was nothing but fun and excitement when iconic Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Femi Anikulapo Kuti was joined on stage by top French-Nigerian female vocalist, Asa to deliver a stellar performance.
The 2022 edition of Felabration was held from Monday, October 10th to Sunday, 16th at the New Afrika Shrine in Lagos. The event saw Fela’s eldest son, Femi Kuti, alongside Asa thrill patrons with an amazing performance.
The event tagged Arte Concert, saw the duo celebrate Fela Aníkúlápó Kuti, a.k.a Abami Eda. Femi who thrilled patrons with a classic performance was later joined on stage by his son, Made Kuti, who added an energetic vibe before Asa joined them.
Asa had a solo performance of ‘Jailer’, after which Femi rejoined her to perform his chart-topping single ‘Sorry Sorry’. Full video below.
