Yvonne Jegede, a Nollywood actress, has charged that the Nigerian government lacks humanity.
She called out the president and his spouse in a post on her Instagram page. Nigerians, according to her, are neither easy prey nor doormats.
She wrote;
“The Nigerian government lacks a sense of humanity.
@officialasiwajubat @officialoluremitinubu … Nigerians are not doormats, nor are they people you just prey on. Crimes happen everywhere in the world; the fact that Nigerians know that no one will ever come looking for them is the issue. These atrocities have not been tríbal, religious, nor class-based”.
It is high time the Nigerian government demonstrates that they truly possess humanity. They can do this by taking immediate action to bring the children and their teachers back safely. Showing genuine compassion and prioritizing human lives will prove that they care and are committed to their responsibilities. The nation’s future depends on their ability to act with empathy and restore hope for the affected families.
