Israel will release ‘unedited bodycam footage of Hamas murders’ to demonstrate the magnitude of atrocities committed’ following reports of beheaded babies.
In response to the backlash over its airstrikes on Gaza, Israel has declared that it will release unedited, uncensored footage of Hamas’ ruthless October 7 attacks on unsuspecting civilians to combat what it calls a “Holocaust denial-like phenomenon.”
Eylon Levy, a government spokesman, told journalists last night that a series of raw clips taken from the bodycams of dead Hamas attackers would be shown to journalists to demonstrate the ‘barbarity perpetrated’ against Israelis.
”The IDF has been collecting footage from bodycams taken by Hamas death squads as they rampaged through the communities in southern Israel, butchering everyone in sight,” Levy began.
“I can’t believe I’m saying this… As we work to defeat the terror organisation we are witnessing a Holocaust denial-like phenomenon evolving in real time as people are casting doubt on the magnitude of the atrocities Hamas committed against our people and in fact recorded in order to glorify this violence.”
It is part of Israel’s response to public outrage over its bombing of Gaza, which is thought to have killed over 5,000 Palestinians since October 7.
The footage was shown to journalists in Tel Aviv at 11:30 a.m. on September 23rd, local time.
Levy’s statement came as Israel’s Defense Forces published evidence of Hamas rocket launch sites in Gaza hidden among mosques, schools, and nurseries.
A series of satellite images shared on the IDF’s official website and social media accounts show what Israel claims are launch pits dug into the ground right next to civilian structures – evidence that Hamas is using Palestinians as human shields.
Two alleged launch sites were a stone’s throw apart, one in a mosque’s garden and the other just feet away from a kindergarten.
A third was spotted across the street from a UN building in Gaza, and a fourth was spotted directly across from the Manfaluti Secondary School for Boys.
The geolocation of the images provided by the IDF confirmed the locations given, and analysts noted that previous satellite images taken in September did not show any launch sites, implying that they were recently built.
”Since the beginning of the war, the Hamas terrorist organization has been exploiting civilians and civilian sites such as kindergartens, schools, and mosques for the purpose of firing rockets at Israel. Hamas deliberately fires its rockets at Israeli civilians,” IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari said.
The presence of rocket launch sites at the provided locations could not be independently confirmed.
According to Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry, more than 5,000 people have been killed in the besieged Palestinian enclave since Israel began its bombing campaign more than two weeks ago.
