Man Arraigned For Allegedly Sending Ex-lover’s S#x Video To Husband

A 44-year-old man named Gbenga Oluwatomisin has been charged for providing his ex-lover’s sex film to her spouse, according to the Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan.

The defendant allegedly plotted with other people who are currently at large to carry out the conduct on January 7, according to prosecuting attorney Insp Sikiru Opaleye.

Oluwatomisin allegedly sent the s#x video and recorded voice messages to his ex-lover’s spouse, Kehinde Olayiwola, in a way that was likely to provoke a breach of peace, according to Opaleye.

“Kehinde and Toyese Olayiwola were married before they separated due to a misunderstanding, during which Toyese allegedly befriended the defendant.

“After some time, the husband and wife later reconciled and started living together again, but the defendant wanted to continue his affair with Toyese, which she declined.

He claimed that Oluwatomisin, Toyese’s ex-lover, then used the phone number 08#29427990 to send Toyese’s husband the s#x video and voice messages of their adventures.

Sections 249(d) and 517 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000 were violated, according to the prosecution, by the offenses perpetrated in the Idi-Iroko neighborhood of Amuloko, Ibadan.

The defendant entered a not guilty plea to the allegations. Olabisi Ogunkanmi, the Chief Magistrate, gave him N100,000 bail and required a surety to be a blood relative of the defendant.

After that, she postponed the hearing until March 25.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
