President Trump Says He ‘Feels Badly’ For Royal Family Over Andrew’s Epstein Links

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has voiced his condolences toward the British royal family amid their efforts to extinguish the controversy linked to the ex-Prince Andrew’s connections with the deceased sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

This occurs while accounts indicate that Andrew “refused to sign off” on official royal declarations that backed the individuals who endured Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual exploitation.

An insider near the King and Queen revealed that the ex-prince consistently rejected any mentions of mistreatment sufferers in every communique ever since his catastrophic 2019 Newsnight appearance, thereby preventing the Palace from recognizing their existence, as reported by The Times.

However, within the King’s most recent declaration, where he divested Andrew of his royal honors, he explicitly conveyed his backing for those affected by stating: “Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”

Upon being asked regarding the King’s choice to strip away Andrew’s princely designation, the American leader remarked: “It’s a terrible thing that’s happened to the (royal) family.”

“That’s been a tragic situation, and it’s too bad. I mean, I feel badly for the family,” Trump said.

These remarks from him arrived just as Democratic lawmakers probing Epstein ramped up their demands for Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, his current name, to come forward and provide testimony to Congress on a voluntary basis concerning his associations with the notorious money manager.

Fresh correspondence surfaced during the previous week, demonstrating that Andrew proposed a “catch up” merely a few months following Epstein’s discharge from incarceration.

During Thursday, the King executed the bold move to formally strip Andrew of his Prince and Duke of York designations along with his HRH designation, in response to the mounting scrutiny related to his relationship with Epstein.

Andrew stands to obtain a payment amounting to six figures, which the King will finance through private means, immediately after he leaves Royal Lodge.

In addition, he is slated to obtain a continuing yearly allowance, valued at multiple multiples of his £20,000-per-year naval retirement benefit, as per The Guardian.

That publication asserts that the “relocation settlement” aims to finance his transition from Windsor to Sandringham, while the periodic disbursements are crafted to stop him from “overspending in his new life as a commoner”.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
