Remi Tinubu And Ribadu To Lead National Prayers For Nigeria

First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu and National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu will host a national prayer session to address Nigeria’s critical concerns.

The National Prayer Forum (NPF) organized the gathering, which was backed by Christian and Muslim officials, to ask divine intervention in the country’s economic, security, and social challenges.

The program was unveiled during a press event in Abuja by Chief Segun Balogun Afolorunikan, Director General of the Nigeria Police Force.

Under the theme “Seeking God’s Intervention in Nigeria’s Affairs,” Afolorunikan underlined the significance of unity and communal prayer in addressing national challenges.

The prayer sessions will be held in two primary locations. Muslims will gather at Abuja’s National Mosque to recite the Qur’an for seven days, with the goal of completing the recital 2,191 times in a forceful call for national stability.

Simultaneously, Christian prayer warriors from many denominations will convene at the National Ecumenical Centre for a week of fervent prayer, focusing their attention on Nigeria’s challenges.

Extensive outreach efforts have been made to assure widespread involvement, including meetings with the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), National Mosque leadership, and traditional figures such as the Sultan of Sokoto.

Afolorunikan expressed confidence that through unity and prayer, Nigeria will reach 2025 with new hope and purpose.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
