Too many strange things happen daily but you never know how much you really believe anything until its truth or falsehood becomes a matter of life and death to you.

A man who was declared dead after a road accident has been found to be alive after spending a night in morgue freezer.

The Indian man; Shrikesh Kumar was found in critical condition after a collision with a motorbike in Moradabad, East of New Delhi. He was then taken to a private hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead on arrival.

Moradabad Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Shiv Singh said: “The emergency medical officer had seen the patient at 3 am and there was no heartbeat. They had examined the man several times.”

Mr. Kumar’s body was then taken to a government medical facility for post-mortem.

The 45-year-old was kept inside the freezer of the morgue, where he stayed overnight before his family members arrived six hours later.

According to the Times of India, a document was signed agreeing to an autopsy after his family had identified his body. But his sister-in-law Madhu Bala noticed that Mr. Kumar was showing signs of agitation.

In a video going viral on social media, he can be heard saying: “He is not dead at all. How did this happen?”

“When a police team and his family came over to initiate the paperwork for the autopsy, he was found alive,” he added.

Rajendra Kumar said the 45-year-old was undergoing further treatment but was still in a coma.

“This is nothing short of a miracle,” he added.

An investigation was underway to determine how the doctors mistakenly declared him dead.
