Simi Celebrates Daughter With Heartfelt Prayers As She Turns 5

Today, May 30, Nigerian singer Simi is celebrating her daughter’s fifth birthday.

She shared pictures of the celebration on her Instagram page, calling her daughter the “little light of hers” with a huge voice, great heart, and big enthusiasm.

Simi recalled how she held and cared for her baby with her arms and eyes five years ago.

This Little Light of mine.
With big energy. Big heart. Big voice. Oh, how I love you…
Words may try, but they could never.
Five years old. Wow. I’ve held and loved you with my eyes and arms for five years. God must love me infinitely to have blessed me with you because you’re so precious, special, and wonderful—not like people say—but like it really is. You’re a wonderful, delightful child. I love you with everything I am, have, and hope for. Happy Birthday, Boogie (Rainbow Girl).

I pray that God will never hide His face from you. Your life will be full of signs and wonders. You will find favour with God and man. You will prosper in all things. You will live long, and you will fulfil your purpose. I pray for you with my spirit, with my heart, with my womb, and in the name of Jesus. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Mommy (Sky Girl)”.

Happy birthday Deja! May God continually grace your path in life.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy

‎One ❤️❤️❤️

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
