Rufai Oseni is a daring Nigerian Journalist, Public Speaker, TV Presenter, and Radio Personality, On-Air Personality, and Writer, who is widely recognized for his work on Arise TV, where he hosts The Morning Show on topics such as; politics, business, sports, and entertainment.

He attended the Federal Government College for his secondary school education. He later went to the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, where he earned a degree in Animal Physiology/Reproductive Physiology. He also went to the Pan-Atlantic University where he earned a degree in entrepreneurship management. Rufai lost his mother as a teenager, and his father in August 2022.
Rufai has over 18 years of experience in journalism. He started his career as a broadcaster on J.FM Radio and later joined Unique FM, Ilesa, Gold FM Radio Ilesa, and Ogun State Radio. He was successful in his Television career as occupied notable roles.
