The daughter of talent manager Paulo Okoye, Vanessa Okoye, has taken issue with social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) for openly disparaging her father.
Paulo defended Iyabo Ojo, his girlfriend, after VDM made a joke about her, sparking a back-and-forth conversation.
Vanessa voiced her dissatisfaction of VDM’s actions, saying that people who treat her father disrespectfully misunderstand their quiet as ignorance.
“Those who disrespect my father mistake our silence for ignorance.
“We’re focused on forging a legacy of integrity and excellence, not in addressing petty remarks from those lacking vision and respect. It’s the audacity for me,” she wrote on instagram.
