Wife Takes Husband To Court For Allegedly Using Her Clothes As Toilet Tissue

In a stunning confession at Zimbabwe’s Harare Civil Court, Rudo Takalumusi accused her husband, Ernest Musawa, of using her clothes as toilet tissue.

The claims came while Rudo applied for a protective order against Ernest.

Rudo said in court that Ernest frequently uses her clothes to wipe himself after using the restrooms, even urinating on them.

She further claimed that he threatened to k!ll her, stating, “He takes my clothes to wipe off his mess after using the bathroom. He is in the habit of urinating on my clothes and he threatens to kill me so that he ends up in jail.”

Ernest refuted these claims and instead hypothesised that Rudo might be to blame for the confusion. “I have never used my wife’s clothes as tissues and I think she takes her own clothes and throws them in the bucket where she urinates at night. I once saw her clothes in that bucket of urine,” he told the court.

Magistrate Meenal Narotam approved Rudo’s plea for a protective order and urged the couple to work out their problems and find methods to live in harmony.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
