Kate Henshaw, also known as Kate Henshaw-Nuttall, is a professional Nigerian actress. In 2008 she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in the movie “Stronger than Pain”. Her beauty can be attributed to her love for fitness.

She is not just a regular fitness expert, daily exercise has become her routine.

Asides from regular exercise, Kate Henshaw also does spa, facials, and scrubs her body weekly.
