Fans React After Dolly Parton Dresses Up As A Playboy Bunny For Husband’s Birthday

Veteran Music icon; Dolly Parton sent the world of social media into an encouraging spiral on Tuesday when the country superstar dressed up like a basic playboy bunny (ears, bow tie, and all) to wish her husband a happy birthday.

“It’s always #HotGirlSummer for my husband, Karl, happy birthday my love!” Wearing a sexy black bustier, black gloves, a white and pink bow tie, and bunny ears, the 75-year-old icon tweeted.

“You’re probably wondering why I’m dressed this way… well, it’s for my husband’s birthday,” Parton said in the video. “Remember a while back I said I was going to pose for Playboy magazine when I was 75? Well, I’m 75 and they don’t have any magazines anymore.”

Of course, people on social media couldn’t get enough of Parton’s Playboy cover entertainment.

Parton and her husband Carl Thomas Dean have been married since 1966. Parton said that she and her husband have “always loved” the original Playboy cover.

“So I was trying to think of something to make him happy. He still thinks I’m a hot chick after 57 years and I’m not going to try to talk to him,” Parton said. said. “And I hope he agrees. What do you think?”

In October 1978, Parton became the first country singer to pose for Playboy at the age of 32. Now, for her husband’s birthday, Parton did “a little photoshoot in this little dress” and recreated the iconic cover of “Old New Dolly.”

Parton talked about re-posing for the first outlet, which went completely digital in March 2020. “I thought it would be such a hoot if they went for it,” Parton said at the time.

The country singer said in Tuesday’s video that she surprised her hubby with the cover and wished her a happy birthday.

Parton, who grew up in Tennessee, is nominated for a Grammy 50 times and took home 10 prizes. Also an actress, Parton has been nominated for two Oscars, three Emmys, and a Tony. She runs an entertainment empire, The Dollywood Company, which employs thousands of people.

Her birthday post to Carl has already gathered over 200likes and 5million views.
