REFLECTION

It is often said that, worrying is a gateway to anxiety and depression. When we worry. we experience void; an emptiness in us that we need to satisfy but the more we worry the more we become down-hearted and miserable. There is an adage that says tears do not make flowers grow. We need to cast our burdens, anxieties and worries into the hands of God for He answer our needs and grant our petitions.

So are we to worry ourselves about? what should be our major concern? We must seek first God and his kingdom. That is our primary role. When we seek God and his kingdom first every other thing will be given to us. When we are weak, He will be our strength. His grace is sufficient for us.
