JESUS CARES AND CAN REVEAL MORE TO YOU

Jesus delights in revealing Himself as a healer, and it’s incredible to think that about one-fourth of the Gospels is filled with His amazing acts of healing! But here’s the truly awesome part: Jesus is intimately close to us every single moment of every day! Yet, how often do we find ourselves drifting away from that connection?

Without His grace, reaching out to Him feels impossible! Our hearts and minds can’t forge a relationship with Him on our own; we need His divine revelation. As Jesus powerfully declared, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me” (JN 14:6). He emphasizes this even further, stating, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me drags him” (JN 6:44).

St. Augustine captures this beautiful struggle we face in experiencing Christ’s presence. He writes, “O supreme and unapproachable light! O whole and blessed truth, how far art thou from me, who am so near to thee! How far removed art thou from my vision, though I am so near to thine! Everywhere thou art wholly present, and I see thee not. In thee I move, and in thee I have my being; and I cannot come to thee. Thou art within me, and about me, and I feel thee not.”

Dear Lord, pour out Your mercy and faith into my life so that I can embrace the gift of Yourself! Open my eyes to see You more clearly, and expand my heart so it can fully receive You! Let’s make this divine connection a thrilling adventure!

Today's Quote

“A lot of companies have chosen to downsize, and maybe that was the right thing for them. We chose a different path. Our belief was that if we kept putting great products in front of customers, they would continue to open their wallets.”
