Mrs. Iyanu Ehuwa Jeje, the wife of a bricklayer, gave birth to a set of triplets on March 31, 2025, at Aribo Hospital in Ondo State.
Iyanu was initially admitted to Igbokoda Health Centre, where she had a protracted delay since a doctor was not available, according to hospital sources.
She was sent to Aribo Hospital when her health deteriorated, and there she gave birth to three boys.
The mother is currently receiving aid from well-wishers who have assembled at Aribo Hospital. According to information obtained, her husband, Bayo Jeje, has not been seen since the children were born.
The birth of triplets significantly increases the financial burden on a family. A man might feel unprepared or unable to support a larger family, leading to panic and a decision to run away rather than face the challenges.
Running away is not a solution to problems. Seeking support, whether through family, friends, or professional counseling, can be much more beneficial in navigating such life-altering events.
