Update: Actress Jumoke George’s Missing Daughter Returns From Mali

Adeola, the daughter of veteran actress Jumoke George, has finally made her way back to Nigeria after being trafficked to Mali four years ago.

In an interview with Biola Adebayo on her Talk to B YouTube program, George had heartily disclosed the loss of her daughter. Prior to her mysterious departure for Mali, Adeola was reportedly residing in Ibadan with her grandmother.

After Adeola’s outrage, actress Biola Bayo and Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), stepped in to ensure her safe return.

On Monday, Dabiri-Erewa tweeted that Adeola had arrived in Nigeria. Actor Adeniyi Johnson, Biola Bayo, and Dabiri-Erewa herself all welcomed her.

She wrote on X: “Breaking!Adeola, daughter of popular actress, Jumoke George, who cried out that she had not heard from her daughter in four years is back home , from Mali where she was trafficked to .Just received her , with Biola Adebayo who broke the story and Niyi Johnson. Details later.”

This must be a relief and a moment of great happiness for actress Jumoke George. Many thanks to Biola, Adeniyi Johnson and Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa for their efforts.
