Farooq Oreagba Shines At Ojude Oba 2025

The captivating cancer survivor Farooq Oreagba, who unexpectedly emerged as the 2024 Ojude Oba Festival’s headliner, has done it once more.

He reclaimed his unofficial title as the festival’s undisputed style icon this year, bringing with him the same effortless steeze and captivating presence that previously ignited the internet.

Wearing an eye-catching green and lemon agbada, coral beads, a gold crossbody chain, expensive sunglasses, and an Apple watch, Oreagba made headlines across the world last year while riding a magnificent, ornate horse.

He wasn’t just clothed; he was making a statement with a cigar between his lips and tattoos showing through his sleeves. His status as “The Man of the Day” and the spokesperson for Ojude Oba 2024 was cemented at that moment.

This year, the businessman and Managing Director of NG Clearing Limited didn’t just show up, he arrived.

Once again on horseback, Oreagba blended elegance with edge, his fashion choices speaking volumes about confidence, identity, and cultural pride.

Social media lit up instantly, with fans praising his unshakable style and presence, “King of Steeze,” many called him.

Ojude Oba is an ancient festival, celebrated by the Yoruba people of Ijebu-Ode, a major town in Ogun State, Southwestern Nigeria. This annual festival usually takes place the third day after Eid al-Kabir, to pay homage and show respect to the Royal Majesty, the Awujale of Ijebuland.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
