I Was Pressured Into Saying I Was A L£sbian – Jojo Siwa

Jojo Siwa is at last clarifying the truth about her s£xuality.

The former teen star and singer shared that she felt compelled to identify as a lesbian, even though the term didn’t entirely capture her true identity.

In an open and honest new interview, Siwa discusses how the pressures from both herself and others caused confusion, frustration, and ultimately, a sense of clarity.

She now confidently embraces her queer identity and says she has never felt more authentic.

Siwa’s s£xuality became a significant topic of conversation after her time on “Celebrity Big Brother.” Event photography services
Viewers observed the 22-year-old forming a romantic connection with fellow contestant Chris Hughes, despite her earlier announcement of identifying as a lesbian.

Amid the ongoing discussions about her s£xuality, Siwa has shared that she felt forced to adopt the lesbian label.

In a conversation with the Daily Mail, the Nickelodeon star stated, “When I came out at 17, I said: ‘I’m pansexual, because I don’t care about gender.’ But then I kind of boxed myself in and I said: ‘I’m a lesbian.’ And I think I did that because of pressure.”

Siwa elaborated that, in an odd and surprising way, the pressure seemed to stem from within the LGBTQ community itself.

“From people I know, from partners I’ve had. You just get put in this world where you feel like, because you now have said, ‘Oh, I’m a lesbian,’ you have to be a lesbian. And the truth is, s£xuality is fluid,” she added.

Siwa first publicly identified as a lesbian in 2021, generating headlines and widespread admiration.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
