According to the Executive Mayor, the project has many other benefits including the following :

- Governance: The project demonstrates Dr. Nwaubani’s administration’s focus on institutional development and good governance.
- Community Impact: The building will likely serve as a hub for local government activities, fostering community engagement and development.

Limited, the Construction Company in charge of the project highlighted that it is the first of its kind in Abia State, as the structure is equipped with RAMP from ground to top floor to enable disabled persons access and use the facility.
By investing in infrastructure, Dr. Nwaubani’s administration aims to create a more efficient and effective local government that serves the needs of Ikwuano residents.
