The artist said that he never thought he would still be unmarried at 37, pointing out that his younger self had anticipated getting married considerably earlier in life.
The “Don’t Wanna Go Home” hitmaker openly stated that his experience altered his viewpoint on marriages in an interview with Graham Bensinger.
“I thought I was going to marry a lot of the girls I dated. Never in a million years I thought that I would be 37 and single.
“However, I have seen too much. I have seen too much in my life. You could imagine the things that I have seen; married women leaving their spouses on the spot, leaving their men in the club.
“I have seen everything under the sun,” he expressed.
