Four years after being diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, renowned Canadian singer Celine Dion has announced her comeback to live performances.
The 58-year-old announced plans for a restricted 10-night residency at the Paris La Défense Arena in September and October in a video message titled “The Best Gift of My Life.”
The announcement, which was delivered on her birthday, represents a significant turning point in her healing process after her diagnosis in 2022, which compelled her to abandon the stage and postpone her Courage World Tour.
She wrote;
“This year, I’m getting the best birthday gift of my life. I’m getting the chance to see you, to perform for you once again,” she said.
“I want to let you know that I’m doing great, managing my health, feeling good”.
Is so good to have you back Celine.
Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
One ❤️❤️❤️
