Zubby Michael, a well-known Nollywood actor, has formally joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In his hometown of Ozubulu, Anambra State, the actor attended the celebration on Saturday.
Zubby Michael confirmed the news on Instagram by posting a video of the moment he formally registered and was granted membership in the ADC.
“I dey my village enough of the talking online I don involve,” he wrote.
The move has created a stir on the internet, with some fans praising him for siding with well-known ADC member Peter Obi.
Some fans used the opportunity to slam celebrities who are supporting President Bola Tinubu.
