Authorities in Baltimore County have reported a tragic incident involving a 16-year-old boy, Keith Maurice James Jr., who has been arrested and charged as an adult for the alleged murder of his 15-year-old girlfriend, Giovanna “Gigi” Myrie, and her 9-year-old brother, Steve Allen.
