Today, I am overjoyed to celebrate a truly special person in my life—my dear childhood friend, Fausat Oluwabukonla Akamo Ayaa Green, as she marks her magnificent 50th birthday. Our journey together began many years ago at Bereola Memorial Primary School, where childhood memories were born and friendships blossomed.
From those tender years, we continued to walk the path of life side by side, attending Estate Grammar School for secondary education, sharing dreams, laughter, and adventures. Our bond only grew stronger as we pursued tertiary studies at Yaba College of Technology before Fausat’s inspiring journey into Nursing School.
Our lives have been intertwined in beautiful ways—marrying in the same year, 2002, and welcoming our precious son just two months apart. The memories we’ve created, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the victories we’ve celebrated together are treasures I hold close to my heart.
Fausat, you are more than a friend; you are family. Your kindness, strength, and unwavering loyalty inspire me every day. On this milestone birthday, I celebrate not just the wonderful person you are, but also the incredible journey of friendship that continues to enrich our lives.
