Kiddwaya sharing his thoughts about the side effect of being a celebrity and trying to keep up with the trend of social media, he reminded them of their mental health saying it’s very important hence they should take a break.

According to him, the industry is very toxic but what makes it more toxic is if they get caught up in the toxicity as it’s okay to take a break from everything else and work on yourself and your mental health.

Kiddwaya then added that it’s okay not to go to the club and it’s okay to not be seen on social media and in public because your mental health is important and you have to work on yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Social media alone can drive you crazy and looking at how toxic it’s becoming each day, it’s only wife if you take a break for a while and work on yourself before returning to keep your sanity and mental health intact.
