Juliana Olayode Reveals Why She Stopped Featuring In ‘Jennifer’s Diary”

Juliana Olayode aka Toyo Baby, a Nollywood actress, has finally spoken up about why she left the smash hit series Jenifa’s Diary.

Juliana, who is also an author, is best known for her role in Funke Akindele-Bello’s comedy series ‘Jenifa’s Diary’ in which she featured as ‘Toyo.’

However, she was no longer a part of the show as of May 2016.

Juliana said that her departure from the blockbuster series was due to her previous manager, Pastor Timi Adigun.

She had previously accused her ‘Spiritual father,’ the pastor, of seizing control of her Facebook and other social media accounts.

However, Adigun, the lead pastor of Mine Teens church, responded by denying that he ever had the actress’s social media usernames and passwords in his possession.

Toyo Baby stated that her departure from the show was due to an email sent to the show’s management by her former manager.

She said she urged him against sending the email, but he refused and went on with it.

She said: “Talk about Jenifa’s Dairy because you just came and said what you said. Who sent the email? You sent the email. Because I was begging you that day and I said ‘Please don’t send this email’. You were saying that you wanted to send the email, you wanted to stand up for me as a father.

“And I begged you and I said ‘don’t send this email’. Okay, edit the email. What did you say? ‘You don’t trust my decision that is the only problem I have against you. I am trying to stand up for you. All the things you said. I was there crying that day. Your wife Titilope was there. I never said anything because I trusted you.

“There were times when you made decisions for me that I knew those decisions were wrong but you always told me to trust you.”
