Triple H, a WWE superstar, has recently revealed his retirement from the wrestling industry.
The 52-year-old, whose real name is Paul Levesque, is regarded as one of the all-time great wrestlers. He has won five World Heavyweight Championships, five WWE Intercontinental Championships, and two Royal Rumble matches.
He had a lot of rivalries with people like The Undertaker, The Rock, Batista, and Shawn Michaels, who he used to wrestle with.
He first fought in 1995 and last fought in 2019 in Saudi Arabia against Randy Orton.
He stated on Friday, March 25, that he had a cardiac arrest last September, which necessitated heart surgery, necessitating his retirement.
“As far as in-ring, which I get a lot, I’m done,” he said on ESPN’s First Take in an interview with Stephen A. Smith.
“I will never wrestle again. First of all, I have a defibrillator in my chest, and it’s not a good idea for me to get zapped on live TV.”
The WWE community and fans have been sending welfare messages to the legend.
The Miz wrote on his Twitter page, “Triple H it was an honor to have shared the ring with you. Thank you for the wealth of knowledge you have given to me over the years. Enjoy the extra time you will now have with your girls.”
Another WWE star, Matt Hardy said, “Thanks for doing so much for the professional wrestling industry, [Triple H].
