BREAKING NEWS: Elon Musk Finally Acquires Twitter In $44Billion Deal

Tesla’s billionaire CEO, Elon Musk, has signed an agreement to buy Twitter for $44 billion, according to the social media company.

Musk paid $54.20 per share for the firm, which was the same price he offered on April 14.

Elon Musk said in a statement, “Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated.

“I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spambots, and authenticating all humans.”

Speaking on the deal, Parag Agrawal, the CEO of Twitter, commented saying, “Twitter has a purpose and relevance that impacts the entire world.

“Deeply proud of our teams and inspired by the work that has never been more important.”

Meanwhile, former US President; Donald Trump just told Fox that he would not re-join Twitter even if Elon Musk unbanned him and he would stay on his Truth Social platform.

Well, everybody deserves free speech. With Elon as the new TWITTER CEO, the blue bird app will become more interesting and entertaining.

Congratulations on pulling this off, Elon Musk.
