Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has opened up on her challenge with Urticaria (A skin rash triggered by a reaction to food, medicine or other irritants.)
The mother of two via her verified Instagram page on Friday morning revealed that she had been battling with Urticaria for over three years, however she’s ready to face her fears and deal with it.
She posted a video of herself on a treadmill and wrote, “It’s been 3 years I’ve had to deal with this Condition, it’s one of the worst things I’ve been through in my life .
……….I’m not bed ridden physically but Urticaria has Physically, mentally, Psychologically challenged me 😭😭 Even with my Career.

Prior to this, Uche Ogbodo had recalled her days of humble beginning.
She revealed that she had always desired to have a good, luxury lifestyle but couldn’t afford to.
The Enugu State born actress further stated that she used to envy those who were living the kind of life she had wanted, however, the reverse is the case now.
“Life is about Chance & time indeed ! I remember sometime ago in the past when I used to envy people who live good lives and really feel sad that I couldn’t afford the life I wanted! I would pray , Cry in secret and pray some more! But I never really got the chance some of my friends had then maybe cos I didn’t have the kind of Ass , height and perhaps the beauty they had . That life truly isn’t for me! I came to know that truly only by hard-work and determination I would surely have that same life at the right time . Now I have that life and some other babes Envy Me…what goes around comes around.. One word for those girls , TIME & CHANCE ! Be Persistent and you will achieve Greatness,’ she wrote.
