Judge Decides A Case Based On The Song “BUGA” By Kizz Daniel

To decide a matter before him, a Nigerian judge referenced a scene from the well-known and current song “buga” by Nigerian Superstar; Kizz Daniels.

According to Barristerng, the Judge compared the applicant to the individual depicted at the beginning of Kizz Daniel’s song, who was unaware of his right to collect money but was awakened and reminded of his right to do so, in a viral excerpt from the yet-to-be-named judgment that is trending in lawyer social media circles.

Nigerian singer-songwriter Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe is better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel. He is well known for his hit songs “Woju” and “Yeba”. Kiss Daniel was his previous stage name before he changed it in May 2018.

Kizz Daniel, formerly known as Kiss Daniel, announced that he had changed his stage name in May 2018. The name change was immediately reflected on his social media accounts. Immediately, new Kizz Daniel accounts with his new songs pre-loaded were also made on Spotify and Apple Music.

With his enigmatic lover, he welcomed a trio of triplets on May 1, 2021: Jamal, Jalil, and Jelani. Later, as he bought a two-bedroom condo for Jalil and Jelani, Kizz told how he lost one of his triplets, Jamal, just four days after his birth.
