Burna Boy, Rema And Ayra Starr Make Barack Obama’s 2022 Music Playlist

Former US President Barack Obama has unveiled his music playlist for 2022.

Nigeria’s Tems, Burna Boy make Obama’s 2022 Summer playlist

Each year, the former president always shares a playlist of his favorites from the year. American artists are always at the top of his music playlist, but the former president still loves African music, especially Nigerian music.

His three songs by the Nigerian star, Burna Boy, Rema and Ayra Starr have become his favorite music of 2022. President Obama listed 25 of his songs as his New Year’s Eve favorites, and from Nigeria, Burna Boy’s Last His Last, Ayra’s Rush, and Rema’s Calm His Down were listed. As usual, Beyoncé made the list, including Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo, Rosalia, and more.

The former US president revealed his favorite list via his official Twitter page on Saturday and said he enjoyed sharing the list.

“I always enjoy sharing my end of year music playlist with all of you — and this year we heard a lot of great songs. Here are some of my favorites,” Obama wrote.

“Are there any songs or artists I should check out?” He asked.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
