After Playing Drake’s Diss Track During A Canadian Concert, Rick Ross Came Under Attack

Popular US rapper Rick Ross was attacked by at least 15 guys following his appearance at the Vancouver, Canada-based Ignite Music Festival.

Playing “Not Like Us,” a song by Kendrick Lamar that criticizes a Canadian musician, allegedly led to him being attacked. Drake, to finish off his set.

The US artist and his entourage were attacked by the men, who TMZ claimed numbered fifteen, as soon as they exited the stage.

Once one of the men hit Ross in the face, the argument which had initially been a verbal argument turned violent.

It’s yet unclear if anyone was hurt or taken into custody by the police.

Remember that Ross, in May 2024, expressed support for Kendrick Lamar during his rift with Drake. After which, Drake took a swipe at him in the track ‘Push Ups’.

Rick Ross also clapped back at Drake in his track titled ‘Champagne Moments’.

Nothing good ever comes of violence.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
