Falz Speaks Out On Hunger Protest, Calls Out President Tinubu

The Federal government has come under fire from well-known Nigerian rapper Falz on how it is managing the current statewide protest over the country’s economic difficulties.

Falz questioned the president’s humanity and issued a warning of impending consequences in a series of tweets criticizing the president’s handling of the situation.

Falz’s tweets read:

“They say make you leave am, you no gree. Say na your birthright. You can’t now turn a deaf ear.”

“How long do you think you can keep on pushing the people back before it blows up in your face?”

“You tried to make it look like the protests were ‘politically motivated’. Shebi una don see now?”

“Genuinely don’t know why it’s so difficult to be humane.”

The rapper’s tweets also touch on the government’s attempt to downplay the protests as politically motivated, implying that the authorities are out of touch with the people’s genuine concerns.

Falz has some valid points. The president should please address Nigerians. We all want to know the way forward.
