Toke Makinwa Reportedly Set To Tie The Knot With Longtime Friend

Reputable TV anchor and media personality Toke Makinwa is supposedly getting married to Farouq Umar, a longtime acquaintance and ex-boyfriend of Nollywood actress Sharon Ooja.

It is said that Toke Makinwa, who surprised the Big Brother Naija Season Nine “No Loose Guard” housemates with a surprise visit lately, is preparing for her wedding, which is scheduled to take place in the coming months.

Gist Merchant, an Instagram gossip blog, revealed the news of Toke Makinwa’s impending nuptials.

Gist Merchant claims that Farouq and Toke Makinwa, who have been friends for a long time, recently met.

According to the rumor blog, Farouq dated Sharon Ooja, Toke Makinwa’s ex-friend, but the two broke up.

Accompanying the report, a video showing Farouq and Toke Makinwa in  conversation was shared.

In the video, Farouq opened up about plans to get married, stating that if he doesn’t find true love, he would consider settling down with a babymama.
