#BBNaija: Maria, Pere Reveals How They Were Chosen As A Wild Cardinals
Big Brother Naija housemates; Maria and Pere have disclosed how Organisers of the Big Brother reality Tv show chose them as a wild card.
Recall that last week Big brother announced to viewers that they were two contestants that are Wild cards and Pere and Maria were later revealed during yesterday’s Sunday live show as the wild cards in this year’s season after a long week of suspense.
This came as a shock to the housemates who had chosen Liquorose and Jay Paul as the culprits.
This has resulted in housemates asking questions about how both housemates got into the house, were they auditioned for the show as well?
Explaining to the housemates in the garden, Maria said she was dressed up to be a real housemate before the organizers approached her to be a ‘Wild Card’
According to her, BBNaija Organisers said she appeared to them as the best option.
Maria said: “I was getting dressed and doing my makeup when I got the offer to be a wild card.
“I accepted the offer because they chose me and said I fit from everything they gathered. They said they have studied me and I fit the role.
“They said there’s 95% chance that I would not fuck it up and who am I not to trust their judgement they’ve been running this show for a while now. So I accepted the offer and came on stage.”
Pere also disclosed what the organizers told him before he got into the house.
Speaking to the housemates after the live show, Pere said Biggie told him before entering the house to ensure he was not detected.
Pere said: “They asked if I could accept the offer and I accepted it.
“Big Brother told me before I entered that I cannot be detected because If that happens I’ll leave the house. I didn’t even have time to pack my bags.
“The reason why this was easy for me was because of my experience in the military overseas.”
You all can agree with me that the duo really kept their cool and played their cards well to the utmost surprise of all housemates.
Weldone Maria and Pere! You have won our hearts.
