In honour of Cristiano Ronaldo, Nike has unveiled a special football pitch in Madeira to celebrate him for becoming the top international men’s goalscorer of all-time.

Cristiano Ronaldo has broken Ali Daei’s 15-year international goalscoring record after netting his 110th and then 111th goal for Portugal in a thrilling comeback win against Ireland.

Nike unveiled the pitch dedicated to Cristiano Ronaldo in the Quinta Falcão community center in Madeira where Cristiano Ronaldo spent his early childhood.

Located in Cristiano’s home, Madeira, the Nike Cristiano Ronaldo pitch is red with yellow used for the lines and the CR7 logo. What makes the pitch special is a unique goal post that includes the slogan “Greatness starts with a goal” and some custom CR7 graphics.

They took to their Twitter page to celebrate the football icon.
