Opening Prayer For The Month Of April

Heavenly Father, I lift my voice in praise and glorify You, my God. This beautiful morning, as we welcome the new month of April 2025 and embrace this season of Lent, I am grateful for the joy of this jubilee year. Thank You for the promises and hope within Your word, and for Your assurance to walk alongside me each day.

Help me to understand Your ways so that I can walk confidently in them, even through the valleys of darkness. Lord, I seek Your perspective; guide me, Lord Jesus, to focus on Your path.

Show me Your ways, Lord. Teach me to navigate the daily challenges of life with grace, mercy, integrity, and love.

I am thankful that You will guide and teach me. As I allow Your word and truth to turn my heart away from sin, renew my mind in goodness and sincerity. Open the door of hope for me, so I may always come to You. Lead me to new opportunities where I can make a difference in the lives of others. Amen.
