Shocking! Woman Accused Of Killing Her Three Daughters

A woman was accused of killing her three daughters just weeks after the family arrived in New Zealand from South Africa.

The lady identified as Lauren Ann Dickason has appeared in court on Saturday in the coastal city of Timaru. The judge had renewed her detention in hospital for an assessment of her mental state.

Police said Dickason, 40, is accused of killing her two-year-old twin girls and their six-year-old sister. Their bodies were found on Thursday in the house where the family was staying.

“Police would like to reassure the community that this was an isolated tragic incident and we are not looking for anyone else,” the police said in a statement late Friday.
