11-Year-Old Raped To Death By Her Deaf And Dumb Uncle

In the Alimosho district of Lagos, an 11-year-old girl died of injuries caused by her deaf and dumb uncle, who allegedly forced himself on her repeatedly.

Peter violated the small girl and her older sister, who live with their grandma in Lagos, according to family sources.

It was discovered that the girl had become severely unwell as a result of her uncle’s repeated sexual assault.

She died on March 22 after being rushed to the hospital, according to her aunt.

In a video clip made before her death, the girl indicated that her uncle, Peter, was to blame for her predicament.

Her torment started, she alleged, when she witnessed her deaf and dumb uncle assaulting her older sister.

Shockingly, her older sister advised their uncle to do the same to the girl in order for her to remain silent.

Mr. Ebenezer Omejalille, Coordinator of Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network (ACVPN), was informed about the situation by her aunt.

Mr. Ebenezer said, “Peace was very sick for some time while she was still with her grandmother.

“When her grandmother realized she could no longer cope with her deteriorating health condition, she reached out to me.

“So I took her in on March 20. While she was with me I discovered she had been severely sexually abused when she excreted on herself.

“I had to pet her for her to open up. Eventually, she opened up to me about how her uncle would always molest her.”

Her aunt went on to say that before the girl died, her father had observed that whenever he visited his children at their grandmother’s house, she was always moody but he assumed she was in need of money.

Her father stated that whenever he wanted to take his daughters, his mother would scream to the point where neighbors would intercede and tell him to leave them.

The abuse, on the other hand, went uninterrupted until she developed health problems that later led to her death.

Ebenezer Omejalille, Coordinator of ACVPN, bemoaned the rise of domestic violence and sexual abuse of girls despite government and rights groups’ efforts to stop the problem and called for the perpetrator’s swift arrest.
